This project involved the reconstruction and extension of existing up and down platforms at Athenry Train Station. The works comprised of the installation of precast concrete Z units to form the new platform structure as well as installing ducting, drainage, copings, macadam, fencing, signage and line marking to complete the new platforms. The works were completed in phases to allow the station to remain operational for the duration of the project.
